What data we collect
Only what you enter in the enquiry form: full name, email address, optionally a phone number, the date and type of event, and the text of your message.
The server records the sender’s IP address at the moment of sending. It is used only to limit the number of submissions from one address and is not linked to the content of the enquiry.
The site sets no cookies and uses no analytics tools.
Purpose and legal basis
The data is used to reply to your enquiry and to agree the terms of a booking or a private event.
The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, meaning steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, and, for correspondence that does not lead to a contract, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, meaning the controller’s legitimate interest in conducting correspondence and defending against claims.
How long we keep it
Correspondence that does not end in a booking is deleted 12 months after the last message. Data related to a booking or an event is kept for the period required by tax law and until the limitation period for claims expires.
Who else has access to it
A message from the form goes through an email delivery provider (Resend, Resend Inc.) to the team that handles enquiries on the club’s behalf until the club opens. After the opening, the club’s mailbox receives them. Apart from that, the data reaches the website hosting provider (Vercel Inc.) and the email provider that hosts that mailbox. Each of them processes it on our instructions and only to the extent needed to provide the service.
We do not sell the data or share it for marketing purposes.

Providing data
Giving your name, email address and message is required to send the form. The other fields are optional. Without these three we have no way to reply.
